Baseball Announces November Camp Date
Welcome to Mendocino College Baseball Program,
We are excited to invite baseball players 15-18 years of age to join our camp on November 30th.
This is a great opportunity for players to receive instruction from our coaching staff and current
team. There will be special guest coaches in attendance to provide their professional expertise
about the game. We also encourage players to speak with current team members during camp to
gain a better idea of the experience in attending school and competing as a student-athlete at
Mendocino College.
Camp Itinerary
Day of camp (Saturday, 9:00am-4:00pm) players go through a college practice that our team
performs regularly: Pitchers fielding practice, batting practice on the field, infield, outfield
defensive drills, and catchers blocking-receiving drills. Our goal is to provide the player an
opportunity to identify what it takes to be successful at the collegiate level. Parents and players
go on a tour of the campus and training facility with Head Baseball Coach, Mike Nackord who is
in his first season at the helm.
